3D3 temporary crown material is a biocompatible material developed for 3D printed permanent crown and bridge restorations. It offers high-precision, high-accuracy, excellent strength, and hardness. This material can be used in laser, DLP and LCD based 3D printers.

Material Properties
Application
- Shake well before pouring from the bottle into the 3D printer resin tank.
- Before printing, determine printing parameter according to the printer used.
- After printing completion, rinse the printed object with 95% isopropyl alcohol to remove excess resin on the surface. Recommended to use with ultrasonic bath for thorough cleaning (duration: 5 mins).
- After cleaning, dry the printed object with air blower or paper towel, then proceed with post-curing of the object. Adjust the light curing intensity and duration according to the post-curing system being used.
Precautions
- Keep the room well-ventilated
- Wear all necessary PPE while handling the material, including goggles, nitril gloves and protective clothing
- Gloves should be discarded and replaced immediately if there is any indication of degradation
- Always clean the build platform and resin tray after use
- Avoid recycling of used material as it may affect the next printing cycle
- Avoid using the 3D3 Surgical guide material for other appliances
- The product was developed and produced in compliance with the ISO 13485:2016 Standard.
